Booking Charged Me Without Confirming Hotel Reservation, No Support Provided

I tried to book a hotel through Booking, and while the payment was successfully charged, no reservation was made. There is no contact number available to reach them, and they have not responded to any of my emails.
This situation has left me frustrated and without a resolution. I demand an immediate refund of the amount charged to my card. It’s unacceptable for a platform as large as Booking to leave customers unsupported and without proper communication channels. I expect them to address this issue promptly and ensure such problems don’t happen to others.
