tried to book a hotel in London using the booking.com app. But, like, even though the app was not processing it, I was totally surprised to find out that booking.com still went ahead and charged my credit card. I just wanna say that I expect booking.com to be upfront and fair in how they do things. my trust gets broken and my credit card gets charged for no reason.
