Stake Marked My ₹20,000 Withdrawal as Successful but I Never Received It

I am writing regarding a serious problem I faced with a withdrawal on Stake. On 14 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹20,000 in INR from my Stake account to my Bank of Maharashtra account in Udgir. In the Stake app this withdrawal is shown as successful, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. Despite the status showing as completed, my bank balance has not changed and the amount is missing. Stake customer care is not working or reachable for me, so I have not been able to get any proper information or support about where my funds are or what went wrong with this transfer. I have a transaction record/screenshot from Stake showing that this ₹20,000 withdrawal on 14 May 2026 was completed. I request that this issue be investigated urgently, that my ₹20,000 is either credited to my Bank of Maharashtra Udgir account without any further delay, or that I receive a clear explanation and a prompt refund if the transfer failed. I also expect written confirmation of the result of this investigation.
