Recovry Of My Suspended Tiktok Account

I am writing about my TikTok account, which I used on an Android device and which was taken over and became inaccessible around August last year while I was in Nairobi, Kenya. Someone sent me a code, and after I entered that code, my account was effectively taken, and I lost access to it. Since then, I have not been able to use my account even though I still remember the username and the contact details linked to it. I have tried several times to recover the account through TikTok’s support and appeal options. Each time I am asked to enter a 6‑digit code, but even when I correctly enter the code, the process does not work, and I am not able to complete the recovery or regain access. I kindly request that my case be reviewed in detail, that my identity and ownership of the account be verified through the information I can provide, and that my TikTok account be fully recovered and restored so I can use it again.
