I made a deposit of 1,999.99 ₹ to my 4rabet account via UPI on 23 April using Google Pay linked to my Punjab National Bank account. Although the money was successfully debited from my bank, 4rabet shows the transaction as failed, and the deposit has not been credited to my account. When I contacted 4rabet customer support, they informed me that the payment was marked as failed and that the amount would be returned to my bank account within 10 business days. However, despite this promise, I still have not received any refund. Upon their request, I provided my bank statement on 10 May, clearly showing that the amount was debited, but after sending this document, I have not received any further response or solution from them. I request that my deposit amount of 1,999.99 ₹ be immediately refunded to my Punjab National Bank account without any further delay, and that I be informed in writing once the refund is processed.
