I deeply regret buying this 9kg Beko washing machine. Every single time I use it, water leaks from the detergent compartment all the way down to the indicator panel. I’ve already called service three times.
First technician said it was the hose—so I fixed it. Still leaked.
Second one told me there was no issue, just that I was using too much detergent. I started using far less.
Third visit? They hooked up a device, again blamed detergent, and told me the tiny amount I was using was “just right.”
Let me be clear: I used a Siemens washing machine for 14 years with the exact same detergent habits—never once did it leak or overflow. I know how to use a washing machine, and I’m now putting in barely any detergent at all. Yet this Beko machine keeps leaking water like it’s broken inside.
It’s infuriating to be treated like I’m the problem when clearly something is wrong with the product. I paid good money for this machine and expect to use it without mopping up water every time I do laundry. I want to be satisfied with what I bought, not left cleaning up and begging for help.
