Hello, I bought a Beko washing machine on March 29, 2023. Over time, I noticed that it started tearing the clothes. I called the service in November 2023, and they said there was nothing wrong and that I should use less detergent. I was already using a small amount. However, when many items started to tear, I called the service again in September 2024. They said the drum and the rubber seal of the machine would need to be replaced. I said that the product was defective and faulty as it malfunctioned within the first year. I want a replacement for my machine. Unfortunately, this is the fourth time I have received a rejection from the service. Neither Beko central office stands behind their product, nor does the service, nor the Beko dealer who sold it. I have to take my laundry to nearby relatives' houses to wash. A new blue t-shirt had its bottom part, the elastics of the knits, and the elastics of the socks ruined in the first wash, rendering the product unusable. Please look at the visuals. We said "domestic product, the nation's product" for Beko, but it has been a great regret. I am announcing here that I will seek resolution through other channels.
