I bought a Beko washing machine in March 2023. In November 2023, I called for service for the first time because, during this period, the machine had started tearing my clothes. I waited for a while, but when the tearing continued, the service said it was due to the detergent and advised me to use less detergent. I already use a small amount of detergent. I kept waiting, but the machine kept tearing different clothes with every wash. It loosened the elastic bands of socks, stretched the strings of tank tops, and damaged the fabric. In September 2024, when I called the service for the second time, they said they would replace the drum and the rubber seal. I explained that the machine had been faulty since the first use and requested a replacement. This request has been rejected four times now. The central service blames the local service, and the local service blames the central office for not approving it. The store where I bought it from also said they couldn't do anything. They only care until the product is sold; none of them stand behind the product. I bought all my white goods from Beko, but despite seeing this, they didn't offer any help. Do not buy Beko, and don't recommend it to others!

Hello, I bought a Beko washing machine on March 29, 2023. Over time, I noticed that it started tearing the clothes. I called the service in November 2023, and they said there was nothing wrong and that I should use less detergent. I was already using a small amount. However, when many items started to tear, I called the service again in September 2024. They said the drum and the rubber seal of the machine would need to be replaced. I said that the product was defective and faulty as it malfunctioned within the first year. I want a replacement for my machine. Unfortunately, this is the fourth time I have received a rejection from the service. Neither Beko central office stands behind their product, nor does the service, nor the Beko dealer who sold it. I have to take my laundry to nearby relatives' houses to wash. A new blue t-shirt had its bottom part, the elastics of the knits, and the elastics of the socks ruined in the first wash, rendering the product unusable. Please look at the visuals. We said "domestic product, the nation's product" for Beko, but it has been a great regret. I am announcing here that I will seek resolution through other channels. If you have any other helpful suggestions, I would appreciate your comments.

Hello, the washing machine received its first service within the first 7 months from Zümrütevler homes, and they told me to use less detergent. They couldn't find any fault, and I always use a small amount of detergent anyway. Since I was at my summer house out of town, and the tears in the laundry continued (as seen in the image) when washed in September, a service came from Altıntepe in September and said that the washing machine drum and rubber needed to be replaced. I requested a product replacement, stating that the product had a defective and faulty manufacturing issue in its first 7 months. I have requested a product replacement for the fourth time. My request was passed back and forth between the central office and the service; the central office did not approve it, and the service did not approve it either, leaving me in a difficult situation. Now, I am afraid to wash clothes, wondering what will tear today. I am taking my new clothes to close relatives. I will officially and documentedly complain about this in other platforms.

Hello, the service was supposed to come again on September 23. Today, on September 20, they called and said that you directly requested service, and they mentioned in a harsh tone that if there is a part replacement, the service should come, otherwise your service request will be canceled. In other words, they are being stubborn with me. For your information, Dear Beko officials, I expect your intervention and solution to these negative services.
