My Beko BK 9101 Washing Machine Grew Rust In The Lower Detergent Compartment
My Beko washing machine disgusts me! The appliance has significant rust. The lower detergent compartment, the gasket seal circumference, and other areas show rusting. I'm confused because detergent usage should cause localized rusting. However, I'm seeing rust formation in four to five spots in the machine, and to my dismay, the corrosion is spreading. I requested warranty repairs due to the rust's pervasiveness. Beko's customer service has been awful. Despite asking for help, I have received unhelpful responses and no resolution. I'm disappointed by the lack of response and warranty violation. As a loyal Beko customer, I expected better support and a quick resolution. I'm saddened by the product's widespread flaw. A washing machine should not have rust problems, especially in multiple areas. Corrosion affects the machine's aesthetics and durability. Beko should immediately fix this and fulfill their warranty obligations. I hope they'll fix this quickly and restore my faith in their brand.

The issue has not been resolved. Despite the existing request for the replacement of the extra bellows rubber and the temperature button, it has not been carried out.
