I purchased the Beko CMXD9100 9kg 1000 RPM washing machine on April 29, 2024, and I’m incredibly frustrated. For the past month, the machine refuses to spin. It washes clothes, but never completes the spin cycle—leaving everything soaking wet.
I’ve called customer service three times, and each time a technician has visited my home, they’ve done absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Instead, they handed me a generic service form (photos attached), which doesn’t reflect the reality of my experience and certainly doesn’t match what I expect from a brand like Beko.
They claim this “new generation” machine has sensors that won’t spin if the load is uneven. That’s their excuse every time—they just blame the user. I’m not overloading the machine, and I’ve followed every instruction. But still, it leaves my clothes dripping wet after every cycle.
For a whole month, I’ve been forced to hand-wring every load and wait days for clothes to dry. I didn’t buy a high-end washing machine to do half the work myself. I’m not asking for miracles—I just want it to do what it’s supposed to: wash and spin properly.
To make matters worse, I’ve now discovered that many others have complained about this exact same issue with the CMXD9100. That realization has left me feeling completely hopeless.
