I’ve had enough of Beko washing machines. Our first Beko machine tore our clothes, left greasy stains, and when we called the official service, they told us the repair would be too expensive. Based on trust in the brand, we went ahead and bought a second Beko machine—and unbelievably, the same issues started again shortly after.
Even though it was under warranty, the service team came and said “there’s no problem.” I then filed a complaint, which finally got their attention. They came again and admitted the drum was defective and replaced it under warranty. But when the machine returned, there was a gap between the drum and front seal big enough for socks and delicates to fall into the machine. I called service again—they came, looked, and left saying it was “normal.”
Now my clothes keep getting sucked into the machine’s internal parts, and the noise level is unbearable. It sounds like I’m running a tractor inside my home. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s been problematic since day one. I don’t want this machine anymore. I want it replaced with a properly functioning model. I regret ever trusting Beko.
