Arçelik Customer Service Experience

I called Arçelik customer service at 444 0136 five times yesterday. During my first call at 10 AM, they assured me that service would be available until 8 PM and that someone would definitely come by during the day. When I called again at noon, they told me that the team would be there shortly, and in my subsequent calls, they continued to reassure me that help was on the way.
However, this morning when I called, I was informed that there was no record of my request. It is incredibly disappointing to see a reputable company like Arçelik have such low-quality service staff. The lack of professionalism in their responses is disheartening, and I feel let down by the brand.
This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to Arçelik, and I have decided that I will not purchase from them again. Thank you for this experience, which has been a significant disappointment.
