Arçelik Air Con Repair Appointment Skipped, I Need Help

I am extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism, disregard for customer commitments, and inability to resolve issues. had made an appointment with the service 8 days ago to fix a problem with the installation of an Arçelik air conditioner. No technician showed up, even though they confirmed. I was given another appointment for today, but once again, I was left waiting, they keep making excuses about their lack of resources and manpower, but it's clear that they're just trying to avoid taking responsibility. They haven't kept their promises and have completely ignored the fact that they've inconvenienced me and wasted my time. I urgently request prompt attention to address this matter. I would appreciate it if someone could come to my place as soon as possible.
