For the service appointment, I called Arçelik, and they scheduled it for a week later, on July 31st. When the technical staff called me on the day of the appointment, they stated that they were at a completely unrelated address, which was what was recorded in their system. They stated that the information was provided for customer service to call me back. Customer service did not call me! I called again to request another appointment, and they scheduled one for a week later, on August 6th. Nobody showed up. I called customer service again, and they said they were working to resolve the issue right away. They gave me another appointment on July 7th. Needless to say, no one returned. I called customer service again. They said their system was down and that they couldn't help me. They said if I called again, they could assist me. I'm trying to call the headquarters at **** 314 34 34, but no one answers the phone.
