Arçelik Customer Service Stalling For Days

Five separate service records involving Arçelik washing machines were opened at the Denizli Arçelik service center with the following numbers: 468784832, 468784832, 468521107, 468106000, and 467809388... They kept switching out components since they couldn't figure out where the problem was. I submitted my replacement request to the service, and they are still working on fixing the product. I also requested new parts from Arçelik. According to what they said, they have already reported that the product will be completely replaced, making it like new and eliminating the need for replacement. Despite my repeated attempts to get in touch with Arçelik's customer service at https://www.arcelik.com.tr/yeni-talep and 0544 444 0888, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response regarding the replacement of my quickly degraded washing machine with a new one. Please purchase from Arçelik with the understanding that this may happen to you and that you may be left alone with the service staff in the event of an issue.
