Arçelik Missed My Service Appointment After 10 Hours of Waiting and Provided No Solution
The service that Arçelik has given has been terrible. I had a meeting with a technician and waited for them for 10 hours, but they never showed up. No matter how many times I called customer service, no one could fix the problem. It's annoying that there was still no answer or follow-up after several calls. It's important to think about the service that comes after buying something, and Arçelik has totally let me down in this case. Because of this, I will never buy anything else from them.
