Arçelik Canceled My Refrigerator Repair Without Fixing the Problem or Providing Service

I reached out to Arçelik service about a problem with my refrigerator, which is one of the key appliances in my house. Even though they didn't offer any help, they went ahead and canceled my customer record without fixing the problem. This kind of carelessness just isn't okay, especially when it comes to something as important as this appliance. I'm really annoyed because my fridge isn't working, and it feels like no one is paying attention to me. If the service team can't manage the repair, they really shouldn't take the job at all. At the very least, they should be upfront about it and make sure to fix the issue correctly. I really hope Arçelik steps up, sorts this out fast, and starts showing some respect for their customers. It's really frustrating to deal with bad service from a well-known company.
