I am frustrated with Aramex's handling of my package. My shipment has been sitting in Aramex’s London branch since October 4, 2024, with no progress despite my constant follow-up. The sending company has confirmed that the package is in Aramex's possession, yet Aramex claims they don’t have it and refuses to release it. When I reached out to Aramex's Turkey customer service, I was met with unprofessional and aggressive responses instead of support. If Aramex isn’t going to fulfill their role in package handling, why even operate? I’m now considering providing visual proof showing the package is indeed there. This experience has been infuriating, and I demand immediate action to resolve the issue.
