I am experiencing a serious problem with the delivery of my package shipped through Aramex, with tracking number 2304830581, which I ordered from Amazon USA. I placed the order on August 1, and for nearly 10 days the shipment has been held at the Aramex Bağcılar branch in Istanbul with the status “additional information needed,” while I keep receiving different excuses.
First, I was told that the package was held by customs because I had purchased more than five items within a year. When I explained that this was my first international purchase this year, the explanation suddenly changed and I was told the package was held because it exceeded the 30-euro limit. However, the invoice value—including shipping—is $34, which is below the customs threshold. The item is also not prohibited.
I tried contacting Aramex several times via email and phone, but I have not received any response and none of my calls have been answered. Excuses keep changing, and the package is being delayed without any valid reason.
I request that my package be delivered to me immediately, without any further delays or unnecessary procedures.
