Sürat Kargo Failed to Deliver My Package on Time and Ignored My Complaints
My package was supposed to arrive on November 14, 2024, but it hasn't shown up yet. I’ve tried contacting Sürat Kargo’s customer service a bunch of times, but they hardly ever respond. When they do respond, it’s usually just empty promises like "we're looking into it," without any real solutions. This inaction has turned the whole process into something way more stressful than it needs to be. The way the company handles customer service seems pretty lackluster, and the staff doesn't appear to be very engaged in fixing any problems. I'm disappointed that I trusted this company with my delivery, and it's frustrating that there's no accountability. I hope this feedback helps them step up their game, but right now, I'm feeling disappointed and might think twice before using their services again.
