Sürat Kargo Delayed My Package for Days and Gave No Real Solution

I am extremely disappointed with Sürat Kargo. I’m still waiting for my package that was sent from Istanbul on 12.12.2024. It hasn’t arrived yet, and today is 18.12.2024. As of December 14, 2024, the tracking system indicates that it is stuck at the Diyarbakır transfer centre with no updates. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, but all I receive is, “We will send an email,” without any real follow-up. I’m really worried that my package could be missing. This service is simply not acceptable. I was hoping for a quicker and more dependable delivery experience. I strongly encourage Sürat Kargo to expedite the delivery of my package and for customer service to take more accountability in their actions. This experience has significantly undermined my confidence in the company.
