My package was delivered on 13.11.2024, but I did not personally receive it. The package was delivered to a different district than the one I am in, and to an address unrelated to the one I provided. For days, I called the cargo number responsible for my city but couldn't reach anyone. They were deliberately not answering. I called for 3 days, and no one answered the phone. Finally, after calling 4 times in a row, I found someone to talk to. The person who answered said that the package was delivered to the wrong place and that it would be delivered within 3 days, but there is still no update. A company cannot be this irresponsible. My package has not reached me for 10 days. I called the authorized Aras company and filed a complaint, and I called the local company, but they don't take me seriously.
