Aras Kargo Delivered My Package to the Wrong Address and Ignored My Complaints

My package was marked as delivered on November 13, 2024, but I never received it. It was delivered to a completely different district, unrelated to my address. I tried contacting the local branch responsible for my area for days but couldn’t get through. It was clear they were intentionally ignoring the calls. For three days, I called repeatedly, and no one answered. Finally, after calling four times in a row, someone responded. The staff member admitted the package was delivered to the wrong address and assured me it would be delivered to the correct address within three days, but I still haven’t heard anything. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. It’s been 10 days, and I still don’t have my package. I reported the issue to Aras Kargo's main office and the local branch, but they are not taking the matter seriously.

My package was delivered on 13.11.2024, but I did not personally receive it. The package was delivered to a different district than the one I am in, and to an address unrelated to the one I provided. For days, I called the cargo number responsible for my city but couldn't reach anyone. They were deliberately not answering. I called for 3 days, and no one answered the phone. Finally, after calling 4 times in a row, I found someone to talk to. The person who answered said that the package was delivered to the wrong place and that it would be delivered within 3 days, but there is still no update. A company cannot be this irresponsible. My package has not reached me for 10 days. I called the authorized Aras company and filed a complaint, and I called the local company, but they don't take me seriously.
