Aras Kargo Delayed My Shipment for Days Despite Promises to Deliver Urgently

This is my second complaint about Aras Kargo. My shipment was supposed to be delivered on the 24th, but today is the 27th, and I haven’t heard anything. I complained yesterday, and they called to say they would send it as soon as possible, but of course, nothing happened—they are just stalling. My shipment has been sitting at the delivery branch since the 23rd, waiting for three days now. I want it delivered urgently—this is unacceptable. I’ve wasted hours trying to get updates, but their customer service provides no real solutions. It’s frustrating to deal with such repeated inefficiency, especially when other cargo companies manage timely deliveries. My orders with this cargo company are always either delayed or never arrive.
