So, on April 28, 2023, I was super excited and ordered two sneakers from Amazon Turkey's website. I just paid 4,480.78 TL with my credit card at checkout. I had to return the sneakers because they weren't working right. here's where things started to go wrong. get this - the refund for the first product I bought, which cost me 2,367 TL, went back onto my credit card no problem. But the refund for the second product? Ugh, it took a whole 21 days to get approved. So annoying! So, I finally got word on May 29, 2023 that the refund should be coming my way in 7-10 days. But man, my troubles weren't even close to being done. I was checking my emails that night and found an email from Amazon saying they got my return. Ugh, the email said they gave me a gift card refund without even asking me. So annoying. I was talking to Amazon's customer service today (May 30, 2023) and they told me that my refund didn't go through to my credit card. worse, it looks like the stuff I ordered was made after Amazon Prime stopped selling vacuum cleaners. Also, the gift card I didn't want was given to me without my say-so, making things even more complicated.
