The 20 cartons of winter supplies I ordered from Amazon were contaminated and rotting. Every month, I purchase these boxes for poor families. They contacted me and informed me that 'all of the things you brought are infested.' God forbid, there are the aged and the crippled. Who will be held responsible if something goes wrong? How could something like this happen? I'm astounded, especially coming from a company like Amazon. We ordered from here because it is meant to be trustworthy; yet, the situation is dire. During my interaction with customer service, they responded, 'We will return the money,' as if the situation was trivial. It appears to be something that happens to them on a regular basis. They should be ashamed. I'll post about it on social media and on news networks. I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
