Hello, I have a complaint regarding Amazon Turkey. I enjoy using Amazon in Turkey, but I've encountered a problem. On May 24th, I placed an order, and the product was supposed to arrive on May 26th, but it didn't. I saw a message saying it would be delayed, so I waited, but it still didn't come. I kept waiting, and unfortunately, the product never arrived. I spoke with customer service reps, and the first said the seller hadn't shipped the product. I called the seller, and they said the product was theirs, but Amazon handled the sale and shipping. This leads to my first complaint: Uninformed customer service reps. The rep gave incorrect info, causing me to call the seller unnecessarily. The seller said to contact Amazon again. A rep said the product might be lost, created a ticket, and we waited. This waiting leads to my second complaint: Lack of communication between reps and the warehouse. The rep said we'd get a response from the warehouse within 72 hours. With the product already a week late, I had to wait three more days. Reps kept suggesting I return and rebuy the product, and they'd cover the price difference with a gift card. After I bought it, Amazon raised the price and offered a gift card for returning and rebuying. If they'd said they'd send the difference to my bank, I would've accepted. This leads to my third complaint: Sending the difference to the bank would've been more logical than a gift card. I didn't accept this either. On May 30th, they said the product was with the shipping co. I called the co., and they didn't have the product. They checked and confirmed it wasn't there. I called Amazon again and explained. They emailed the warehouse, and I'm waiting three more days. Today is June 2nd, and my May 24th order still hasn't arrived. I'm unsatisfied with Amazon's communication and problem-solving. It's unacceptable to make me wait six more days for an already late product. Amazon Turkey needs to resolve these issues.
