I am experiencing a frustrating issue with a recent cryptocurrency deposit on the 1win platform. On April 2, 2026, I transferred 10 USDT using the Ethereum network to top up my gaming account. My user ID is 8492*****. The transaction was successfully completed on my side, and the blockchain explorer clearly shows that it is confirmed with all required network approvals. Despite this, the 10 USDT has still not been credited to my 1win balance. I contacted customer support several times, shared the transaction ID and screenshots of the receipt, and clearly explained the situation. However, I only received standard replies telling me to wait for network confirmations, and no real action was taken. I also have not received any final explanation or solution, and the funds remain missing. This was my first transaction on the platform, which makes this situation even more disappointing and damaging to my trust.
