Being a loyal Amazon Prime customer, I recently bought a harness and leash set for my furry companion. Even though I double-checked the size with the authorized distributor in Turkey, the product I ordered directly from Amazon arrived in the wrong size. It does not effectively protect my pet and puts their safety at risk. My dog doesn't like wearing the harness and won't put it on. I am seeking a solution for the products I bought at a significantly higher price than similar items, with the hope of receiving better quality and functionality.
