Fakir 6158 Vacuum Cleaner Head Keeps Burning Under Warranty
I bought the Fakir 6158 upright vacuum cleaner in October. Approximately two months after the purchase, the brush part on the head burned and stopped rotating. I took the product to the authorized service, and they replaced the head with a new one. However, only a few months after I started using it again, the same part malfunctioned in exactly the same way, and now my vacuum cleaner is unusable. When I went to the service again in Ankara Sincan, this time they claimed that the problem was my fault and said that I could get a new head only if I paid ₺2,300. It was very disturbing to me that they insisted this was user error, even though I had previously experienced the same fault in the same part. Considering how many complaints there are about the same spot on the same product, I believe this is a manufacturing defect. I do not want to pay repeatedly every few months for the same failure and keep buying new heads. Although my product is under warranty and still quite new, there is currently no solution offered and I am left without a vacuum cleaner. I cannot accept that such a well-known brand like Fakir develops a recurring fault in the same area within such a short time and then labels it as user error. I request a remedy for my grievance, such as free replacement of the faulty part, one-to-one product replacement, or a refund.
