Telegram Banned My Jio Number on Motorola Moto G54 5G

I am using a Motorola Moto G54 5G phone with my Jio line 9154174***. For the past two months, whenever I try to open or use the Telegram application with this number, the app shows that my number is banned and I am not able to use Telegram at all. I have not been able to resolve this issue on my own and I have not received any explanation for why my number might be banned. This situation is causing me inconvenience because I need to use Telegram, but I am completely blocked from accessing my account with this number. I kindly request that my number 9154174*** be unbanned on Telegram so that I can use the application again without any restriction.
