Refund Denied After Returning Faulty Vacuum! Aliexpress Send Scam Orders
recently bought a vacuum cleaner from AliExpress after seeing the product image provided by the seller. However, upon receiving the item, it became clear that the seller was counterfeit because it came empty!!! Disappointed and furious, I began the return procedure as instructed by AliExpress. To my surprise, despite following their guidelines and returning the faulty vacuum, AliExpress has not processed my refund. This lack of accountability, as well as the refusal to reimburse my hard-earned money, is truly demoralizing. As a reputable online marketplace, AliExpress should not engage in such unethical practices. My order number, 3022904994208595, is proof of the transaction. The seller has failed to fulfill their responsibility of delivering the genuine product, and my money is now in jeopardy. I am requesting a full refund for the item that I never received.
