I Ordered a Vacuum from AliExpress But Received a 50cm Toy and My Return Was Denied

I ordered a cordless vacuum cleaner from AliExpress, carefully checking all the photos and videos before purchasing. But what I received was nothing close to what was advertised—it was a 50 cm toy, not a real vacuum.

I immediately requested a return, but AliExpress rejected my request without explanation, simply replying with “The case is closed.” I’ve dealt with other Chinese sellers before, but this one has been the worst by far in terms of honesty and accountability.

This is a clear bait-and-switch scam, and AliExpress is doing nothing to help. I demand a full refund (₺) and for AliExpress to take action against this kind of deceptive listing. If you can’t protect your customers from fraud, why should anyone trust your platform?
