No Customs Inspection and Zero Trust on AliExpress Orders!
On July 27th, I placed an order on AliExpress (Order No: 3024290172381052), and to my surprise, there was no customs inspection as promised. Concerned, I immediately contacted both the seller and AliExpress, explaining that I needed to return the product because of this problem. However, AliExpress responded that they couldn't process the return unless there was a valid reason. Meanwhile, the seller simply advised me to wait and be patient. In short, this entire experience has shaken my faith in AliExpress. When you expect a smooth transaction, only to be met with broken promises and unhelpful responses, it's extremely frustrating. AliExpress used to be a dependable platform, but it now appears to be a gamble. My advice to others is to think twice before ordering because trust has been lost.
