I am a user of 1xBet via both a mirror site and the Android application, and my account with user ID 1403510*** was blocked on 24 February 2026, even though it had a balance of more than 25,000 USD. After the blocking, I submitted all requested documents to the security team as instructed. Once all documents were sent, the security team replied and told me to log in to my account on a PC and follow the instructions there. However, despite following the process they described, my account remains blocked and I still cannot access my balance.
