AliExpress Order Not Delivered – Fake Tracking Number and No Refund Option
I placed an order on AliExpress (ID: 3045010656308625) on November 19, which was supposed to be delivered by November 29. They stated that a refund option would be available if the delivery didn’t occur. On November 27, I was informed the item was shipped with the tracking number 00340434625049113286 (DHL_P_EU_EXP). However, the tracking number is invalid. AliExpress shows it as unrecognized, and no DHL service (DHL, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce) accepts it. It appears to be a fake number.
Additionally, there is no way to file a complaint on either AliExpress or the seller’s platform. The refund option hasn’t opened, and the dispute option has been delayed by 40 days, making this feel like a deliberate stalling tactic. AliExpress, resolve this issue immediately by providing a valid tracking update or processing my refund. This lack of accountability is unacceptable!
