I made a purchase on AliExpress with order number 1106903907736693 and decided to cancel it. Even though a month has passed since the final refund date, I still haven't received my refund. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but they have not provided any solution. Instead, they keep giving me the runaround without resolving the issue. I feel like I've been left in the lurch and financially impacted by this delay. AliExpress, I trusted your platform for reliable service, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. I urge you to address this matter promptly and process my refund immediately. Customers shouldn't have to struggle to get their own money back after canceling an order. Please make this right.
