Refund Problem At Agoda

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding my canceled reservation with the number 1003366472 through your application. Despite my cancellation, you still have not issued a refund. Agoda claims they've initiated the refund process and contacted your bank. However, upon contacting the bank, I was informed that only a refund inquiry had been made, without any information about the refunded amount. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and perplexed. I kindly request that you promptly refund my money as per the cancellation. Additionally, I must note that my interactions with Agoda's side were solely with their artificial intelligence, and I wasn't able to communicate with any customer representative. This adds to the overall frustration of the situation.
