Agoda Canceled My Hotel Booking, But Refund Never Reached My Account
On March 11, 2025, I made a hotel reservation through Agoda, but I canceled it immediately. Shortly after, I received an email confirming my refund had been processed. However, despite this confirmation, the money never appeared in my bank account.
I immediately contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no refund had been issued. How is it possible that Agoda claims to have refunded my money, yet my bank has no record of it? Where is my refund?
This is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate resolution and my full refund to be processed without further delay. Agoda must take responsibility and ensure that customers receive their refunds without unnecessary complications.
