On 19 July I ordered a women’s black dress from Shein for 10.75. When I received the dress, I noticed that the zipper was in very bad condition and does not work properly, which makes the dress unusable. I have also taken a photo showing the damaged part. Because of this quality problem, I am not able to wear the dress at all and I am disappointed with this purchase. I kindly request either a full refund of the amount I paid or a free replacement of the same dress in proper condition. I ask that my request be handled as soon as possible and that I be informed about the solution.
