Agoda Charged Me, but Hotel Didn’t Receive My Reservation
I booked a hotel through Agoda, and the payment was successfully processed. However, the hotel claims they never received my reservation in their system, leaving me stranded without a room. Despite paying, I was told there’s no refund, and I’ve been unable to get any help from Agoda’s customer service, which is only accessible internationally and difficult to reach.
This situation is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I demand immediate action to either resolve the issue with the hotel or process a full refund. Agoda needs to improve its communication and ensure its systems work properly. Please address this matter as soon as possible—I expect a swift resolution and confirmation from your side.
