Burger King Sent Only Ice Cream Instead of My Order

On 23 July, I placed an order from Burger King Denizli Delikli Çınar branch via Yemeksepeti and paid 611 TL. However, instead of the meals we ordered, only ice cream was delivered in the package. Because of this mistake, we were left hungry and could not eat what we ordered. After realizing that the products were completely wrong, we tried to reach someone responsible, but we could not find any contact person or get support, and our problem was not resolved. In such situations, it is very important for customers to reach someone immediately, so I also request that an effective live support system be created. I request that the full amount I paid be refunded as soon as possible or that my original order be properly sent, and I also expect an explanation and an apology for this inconvenience.
