Amazon Delivered Reef Sandals I Didn't Buy

I recently received a package from Amazon.com Services LLC containing a pair of Reef Water Vista Higher sandals that I did not order. The package arrived two days ago and the delivery was completely unexpected, as I have not placed any order with Reef, Amazon, or any other store for this product. After receiving the package, I checked my Amazon account and my bank statements and did not find any charge related to these sandals. Even though there is no charge at the moment, I am concerned about how my address was used and whether any future charge might be applied without my consent. I request written confirmation that no charges have been or will be made to any of my accounts for this unsolicited package, clarification on how my information was used to send it, and information on whether you will arrange collection or how I should proceed with the item.
