Umingle Ban ID df9475db Needs to Be Reviewed

I used the Umingle service through the Android application, and on 25 July 2026 my Umingle account was suddenly blocked without any prior warning or clear explanation. Until that date I had been using the service normally, and I did not receive any notifications, emails or messages from Umingle in advance about any violation or impending ban. When I tried to log in again, I saw a message on the Umingle website stating “You are banned” with Ban ID “df9475db”. In the same screen it states the reason as “Under 18” and offers an “Instant Unban” for 9.99 USD. I do not consider this approach transparent or fair, especially since I was not informed beforehand and was not given the opportunity to clarify my age or any other circumstances. I kindly request that you urgently review and restore my Umingle account associated with the Ban ID “df9475db” and provide me with a clear and specific explanation of the exact reason for this ban. I would like to continue using your service without interruptions, and I expect my access to be reinstated as soon as possible or, if you insist on the “Under 18” reason, to be informed of the steps required to verify my eligibility to use the service.
