I Can’t Reach Agoda to Approve My Refund Even Though the Hotel Already Agreed

I booked a stay through Agoda under reservation number 1601038817. Due to a change in plans, I contacted the hotel directly to cancel and request a refund. The hotel kindly informed me that they are willing to process the refund, but they need Agoda to contact them to authorize it on their end.

This is incredibly frustrating. The refund is ready to be issued, but Agoda is delaying it by refusing to cooperate.
