Samsung AR35 Outdoor Unit Vibrating Excessively – Repair Needed

For about one year, I have been experiencing a serious problem with my Samsung AR35 12.000 BTU air conditioner installed in Gaziantep Şahinbey. The outdoor unit works with excessive vibration and abnormal noise. This situation is both disturbing in terms of comfort and makes me worry about the safety and durability of the device. Despite this problem, the authorized service network does not answer our phone calls and I cannot reach any support. It is very frustrating that such a well-known brand’s service does not respond and leaves the customer without any information or solution. I request that Samsung contact me as soon as possible, send an authorized service team to my address, and carry out the necessary repair and maintenance of the air conditioner so that it can operate quietly and properly again.
