Samsung Neo QLED TV Shows a Black Stripe After One Hour of Use

About two months ago I purchased a Samsung QE 65QN70F 65 inch 4K UHD Smart Neo QLED TV with built‑in satellite receiver. After using it for about an hour, a black stripe appears on the screen and this problem keeps repeating in the same way. Because the TV is still very new, I contacted the service and requested support. The service was set up, but unfortunately I did not receive any solution to the problem and the black stripe on the screen continues. I request that my television be handled under warranty without any further loss of time and that a definitive solution be provided, such as proper repair or, if necessary, replacement of the device, so that I can use the product without any display defect.
