Agoda Delayed Refund for Canceled Hotel Booking
I canceled a hotel booking through Agoda and have yet to receive my refund, even though the platform states that refunds will be processed within 30 to 45 days. This delay is completely unacceptable, and I am left without any resolution. On top of that, it’s nearly impossible to reach a customer representative, and I couldn’t even find an email address to contact for support. This lack of communication has caused significant frustration and inconvenience. Agoda must take responsibility and process my refund immediately. I am urging the company to address my issue without further delay and provide proper customer support to ensure no one else faces the same problem.
