🔹 Why does this happen?
This can occur due to a failed payment gateway, network errors, or a delay between your bank and 10Cric’s system. Often, the funds are held temporarily by the payment processor.

🔹 How to recover your money:
First, contact 10Cric support at [email protected] with your username, deposit amount, date, and payment method used.

Attach screenshots of the transaction confirmation from your bank. Ask them to either credit your 10Cric balance or process a full refund.

❗ If the problem remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness about the issue and inform others.

I deposited 10,000 INR into my 10Cric account on 12-03-2026 at around 12:09 AM via UPI. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it was not credited to my 10Cric account balance. My 10Cric username is “Tam***u Tt” and my registered mobile number is ***. I am requesting an urgent resolution and ask that you immediately refund the full amount of 10,000 INR back to my bank account, or, if faster, credit it without delay to my 10Cric account balance. I expect this refund to be processed as quickly as possible.
