10Cric UPI Deposit Not Credited To Wallet

I made a deposit of 4,500 to my 10Cric wallet via UPI on 18 February at around 8:47 pm, but the amount has still not been credited to my 10Cric wallet. The payment was successfully completed from my side, yet my 10Cric balance has not been updated. I contacted 10Cric customer support regarding this issue, but I keep receiving only template responses and no real help or resolution. I still do not know where my money is or when it will be reflected in my account. I have video recordings and screenshots clearly showing that the payment was completed successfully on my side and that the amount has not been credited to my 10Cric wallet. I request that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible, either by immediately crediting the 4,500 to my 10Cric wallet or refunding it back to my original UPI source, depending on whichever can be done fastest. I expect a clear confirmation once the transaction has been corrected.
