I am writing to report an unresolved issue regarding a deposit that has not been credited. On 11 March 2026 at around 7:18 pm, I made a UPI transfer of ₹600 via Paytm from my UPI ID 7027369170@ptyes to my Federal Bank savings account ending with 4821, for use on the 10cric platform. The transaction is showing as successful, yet the amount has not been credited where it should be. 10cric has not been helpful in resolving this issue, and I am still without my ₹600 even though the payment status is successful. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that the ₹600 either be credited properly to my 10cric account or refunded back to my Federal Bank savings account ending with 4821. I also request a clear confirmation of the final resolution.
