10Cric Deposit Not Credited And Worst Customer Support

On February 8, 2026, I made a deposit of $42 to my 10cric gaming account via UPI from my State Bank of India account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, and the transaction reference number is 914830157854. However, the money has still not been credited to my 10cric gaming account. I contacted 10cric customer support regarding this issue, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. I either received no proper response or no meaningful assistance, and my issue remains unresolved even though the money was deducted from my bank account. I request that the $42 be immediately credited to my 10cric gaming account for this transaction, and I expect a clear explanation of what went wrong so that this issue does not happen again in the future.
